Question 1

Is GlimmerPal a medical device, or a replacement for my doctor's advice?

No. GlimmerPal is a personal project, not created by a medical professional. It's not a medical device and isn't intended to replace guidance from your doctor or care team.

Question 2

Is GlimmerPal free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The core experience — your buddy, daily care habits, reminders, streaks, and lifetime milestones — is free, always. GlimmerPal Plus adds extra customisation on top, entirely optional.

Question 3

What does GlimmerPal Plus include?

Accepted Answer

The Bean buddy style with 7 colours, premium accessories and seasonal collections, premium environments, downloadable health reports, and a small spark bonus on every task.

Question 4

Can I use GlimmerPal without a fixed daily schedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every care moment can be set to a fixed time, or left flexible so GlimmerPal gently nudges you whenever it's been a while.
